From 1 August 2014 the contractual relations between the business partner and the carrier company BÍTEŠSKÁ DOPRAVNÍ SPOLEČNOST,spol.s.r.o. from the transport contract is controlled by the General Conditions of Carriage ČESMAD Bohemia.
BDS is ČESMAD Bohemia member from the year 1994.
